Integrative therapy is your most fluid form of therapy and can support with most problems. Together we can think through what's been on your mind, and how to get you back on track. I can use my wealth of experience, knowledge and skills to guide you where you want to be, and use many aspects of different types of psychology and therapies to give you the most benefit.
I have worked with many psychological models and therapeutic techniques over the years to manage most types of challenges. Some include cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), radically-open dialectical behaviour therapy (RO-DBT), schema therapy, mentalisation-based treatment (MBT), mindfulness, and holistics.
Sessions are by appointment only and can be out of usual business hours. However, I usually respond to queries Monday - Friday between 8am and 6pm, and on Saturdays between 10am - 4pm. I will usually get back to you in less than two working days.
